Quiet has assembled a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, sales executives and operators with a combined total of 235 years of experience in 3PL, warehouse management and material handling automation technologies. From our expert leadership to our highly capable and specially trained associates, the entire Quiet family is passionate about delivering exceptional services to our clients as well as to end consumers.
Dr. Lemerise has spent his entire career leading retail distribution and eCommerce fulfillment operations for Fortune 500 companies including UPS, TJX Companies and JCPenney.
Brian’s broad experience includes managing store replenishment facilities transacting more than 100 million units annually, eCommerce fulfillment centers in excess of 1 million square feet, HR and finance leadership, and transportation management. In addition to leading established operations, Brian has experience relocating operations, expanding distribution networks and discontinuing operations.
Since joining Quiet Logistics, capacity has grown 10x. The company now ships more than $1 billion worth of eCommerce orders each year. Brian’s greatest professional passion is delivering exceptional results through continual improvement made possible by leadership development and the team’s collective desire to be great. He is most proud of how committed each Quiet Logistics team member is to providing a precise brand experience with every delivery.
Larry has more than thirty years of experience in managing the financial growth of privately owned technology companies. He has significant CFO experience, most notably at Intranets.com, which was acquired in 2005 by WebEx Communications (now Cisco). He holds a BS Degree in Accounting from Boston College, an MBA from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Nick has over 19 years of eCommerce brand creation, development and operational management experience. Previously, Nick ran multichannel fashion apparel and accessories company Anna Street, where he was responsible for all operations from sourcing and manufacturing to multichannel distribution through retail, wholesale and direct. Prior to that, Nick worked as a director for technology focused advertising/marketing firms in London, England and Sydney Australia, in the process executing multiple brand and product launches.
Nick’s professional passion is building the foundation for Quiet’s continued growth and sustained customer service excellence that consistently over-delivers and allows brands to scale seamlessly. He is proud to be part of the dedicated team that has stewarded Quiet’s accelerated growth from the first order out the door to over $1 billion worth of eCommerce shipped per year.
Nick received his bachelor’s degree in History from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University and is a former Outward Bound Hurricane Island Instructor.
Derek is a resourceful leader with experience in logistics, supply chain leadership and eCommerce fulfillment management. He has a proven track record of facilitating company growth, providing P&L improvements, building client partnerships, and strategically implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Derek’s professional passion is developing management to perform beyond expectations.
Kristen is a veteran of senior finance and accounting roles in industries including telecommunications, natural stone and content management. Kristen is adept in FP&A, treasury management, budgeting, audit, tax, financial systems and risk management. She provides a strong support system to the executive team, operations and client services departments from a reporting and practical perspective.
Dave brings decades of experience leading fulfillment operations at Rockport Shoe Company and T.J.Maxx. Dave has experience launching new operations and growing established distribution centers into centers of excellence. Dave’s mission is meeting the demands of multiple clients seamlessly using advanced fulfillment technologies and a focus on SOP execution and employee training.
Cyndi has HR and staffing management experience in a variety of industries. Previously, she consulted for growing companies seeking assistance with recruiting, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Prior to that, Cyndi was an award-winning recruiter with both Winter, Wyman, and Company and Search, INC.
Cyndi has also dedicated several years working with local high school students to help them understand and achieve their goals for college and beyond. She created classroom curricula to teach resume building and interviewing techniques, and worked with local communities to place students in productive internship programs.
Cyndi’s passion is propelling Quiet’s success by hiring the right talent and keeping that talent engaged and motivated.

Bruce has been a pioneer and visionary in automating warehouses since before the Internet. He has built, bought and sold some of the industry’s most innovative companies. He’s automated warehouses for Fortune500s, e-Commerce startups, and even built a fulfillment company that ships more than $1 billion worth of e-Commerce orders each year. It was his direct experience with warehouses, fulfillment, and robotics that inspired to build an entirely new solution.
Rick leads the executive team with over 30 years of experience in executive management, sales and marketing for some of the world’s most successful technology companies such as Intronis, j2 Global, WebEx, Intranets.com, Lotus Development, Mzinga, and PictureTel.Rick leads the executive team responsible for the overall strategy and execution at Locus Robotics. Rick currently sits on various boards including Influitive, and Hostway and is an advisor to a number of early-stage companies. Past board positions include Yodle, Virtual Computer, Bidding for Good, Skill Survey, BlueRaven and Centive.
Mike is the one who’s made every industry innovation that Bruce envisioned into a reality. He’s the kind of details guy who can nimbly navigate EBITDA, ROI, UPH, CPU, UPO, SLA, FIFO, XML, SQL, C++, AWS—to name a few—at any scale, from a start-up to an established Fortune 500 company. His knowledge and expertise has been the driving force behind huge systems and businesses that ship everything from apparel, health & beauty, grocery, and automotive.
Chris is a co-founder of Great Hill Partners. He is responsible for transaction origination, investment policy, fundraising, investor relations and the general management of the firm. His investment experience covers a broad group of industries, including business and IT software and services, consumer and online services, financial services and insurance, publishing, telecommunications, logistics, education, and cable and broadcasting. Chris serves on the board of directors of Evolve Ip, Intapp, and SheKnows Media. He formerly served on the boards of Credibility Corp., All Web Leads, Vitacost.com, SmartMail, BuscaPé, Central Security Group, Recruiting.com, Ziff Davis, and IGN Entertainment.Chris has participated in the private equity business since 1986, serving as an associate, principal and general partner for M/C Partners. Chris began his career as a commercial lending officer for the First National Bank of Boston in the specialized media lending unit.
Chris earned a degree in accounting and economics summa cum laude from Boston College.

John is a co-founder of Great Hill Partners. He is responsible for transaction origination, investment policy, fundraising, investor relations and the general management of the firm. His investment experience covers a broad group of industries, including Internet infrastructure, communications, business services and media. John serves on the board of directors of Ascenty and Symmetry. He formerly served on the boards of Latisys, Vivax, GMT Group, Global Tower Management, Horizon Telecom International, Recruiting.com, and American Broadband.
John began his career in private equity in 1989 when he joined M/C Partners as a senior associate upon graduation from business school. Prior to business school, he spent two years at Bank of Boston, completing the bank’s training program and serving as a loan officer in the bank’s media & communications group.
John earned a degree in economics from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
